Scout is the on demand talent team of choice for the planet’s most exciting companies
We’re incredibly proud to have worked with such a diverse range of start ups and scaleups. Below are just a few examples of the fantastic companies that we have partnered with and some statistics on the incredible savings we have made them!
Multiverse
129 | 16+ | £1,000,000+ |
Hires | Months | Savings |
Multiverse is a tech startup that matches talent who have not graduated from college with apprenticeship opportunities.
In one of our longest and most successful partnerships, Scout had as many as five Talent Partners working alongside the existing Multiverse team. We worked across various teams and were incredibly successful in scaling up the business and saving Multiverse huge amounts of money in hiring fees.

Dext
45 | 27+ | £274,000 |
Hires | Months | Savings |
Founded in 2010, Dext is a paperless bookkeeping platform connecting accountants, bookkeepers, and businesses.
One of our very first clients, Scout works with Dext on roles all over the globe on both tech and non-tech based roles. We are now into our third year working alongside Dext and have saved them over a quarter of a million pounds.

Yoti
12 | 5+ | £87,000 |
Hires | Months | Savings |
Founded in 2014, Yoti is a digital identity platform that provides a simple and secure way of proving identities, online and in person.
A fantastic example of our ‘plug in and plug out’ model, we worked with the team at Yoti on a relatively short project and put in place an embedded Tech Talent Partner who was leading tech recruitment for the business.

Moneybox
42 | 16+ | £170,000+ |
Hires | Months | Savings |
Moneybox is a mobile savings and investment app that offers a range of saving and investment products including Lifetime ISAs and Pensions.
Scout had two Talent Partners focused on Customer Service and Operations. We successfully implemented assessment centres to further speed up the hiring process across Customer Service and hired multiple heads into the CS team.
